Yesterday I took part in a Celtic cushion workshop at a local fabric shop.
It was a lot of fun, and seen as it was a workshop to start us off learning how to create the celtic knot design so we could then continue it ourselves, it means I have another nice project to do in my spare time.
Bias strips for the Celtic knot design:
Pinning the bias strips on was quite fiddly, now I just have to hand-applique it all!
Hopefully when it's finished, my cushion will look something like the sampler one below :)
